To get the most out of your treatment or service with us we advise that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment in order to fully relax. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated, and should you be late we cannot guarantee to give you the full time if we have a guest with a following appointment. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment we ask for 24 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. For treatments or packages costing +£100 we will require a non-refundable 50% deposit on booking. For new guests requiring hair colour, lash or brow tinting a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment is required. You will be informed on this when booking and it will only take a couple of minutes. We can cater for small private parties or corporate entertaining, please email info@heaven-spa.co.uk for details. Mobile Phones Heaven Spa is a relaxing environment, to preserve the peace and tranquillity for all our guests we ask that you turn off your phone on arrival. Wireless Enabled Heaven Spa in Didsbury has a WIFI network. If you would like to use the internet or check your emails, please ask us for an encryption key to enable you to use our wireless network. Gift Vouchers A Heaven Spa voucher is the ideal way to treat someone really special. The gift vouchers are available in £10, £25 and £50 denominations and can be purchased in either spa, online or over the telephone.
