Exfoliation is a key step if you are serious about your skin. This is because exfoliation helps increase cell regeneration. Ever noticed how your kids’ cuts heal so quickly? This is because of cell regeneration – when you are young, your cells turn over at a much more rapid rate and as you get older, it slows down. Exfoliation helps speed it up which means youthful looking skin. Exfoliation also helps build your skin’s strength and elasticity – again because of the increased cell regeneration. Finally exfoliation removes the dead skin cells which act as a sort of layer of cement over your skin. In clearing away this ‘dead skin cement’ (yuck) you ensure that any product you apply is more easily absorbed and utilised. Exfoliation ensures your product effectiveness is maximised.

Our Body Buff is laden with moisturising ingredients combined with the micro-ground natural pumice, to make your skin silky soft and wonderfully moisturised.

Sweet Almond Oil (cold-pressed to get the very best quality) is rich in all omegas and very nourishing. It is highly moisturising and quickly absorbed, leaving a soft sheen on the skin with no residue.

Aloe Vera is a natural oxygenator to help encourage cell regeneration and is also highly nourishing and hydrating.

Chamomile is calming and soothing and Vitamin E is an excellent anti-oxidant, keeping skin in good condition and increasing the growth of new skin cells.

You can decide how strong a buff you want or need. If you are feeling delicate, apply to wet skin; or apply to dry skin for a stronger, but still gentle, exfoliation. Apply all over and rinse well. You can even use it on your face. Use weekly.
