  • Does heaven-spa.co.uk have a physical shop?


  • We have two branches of Heaven Spa, both based in Manchester. We have a hair and beauty spa in Didsbury and a beauty spa in the Hilton Manchester Deansgate.

  • Can I buy wholesale?


  • Unfortunately, we sell retail only, and it is not our current policy to supply other stores.

    If you would like to place a retail order with us, you can of course do so via our website in the usual way (see Ways to Shop). Or click here to start shopping.

    Do I have to give my card details online?

    If you don't want to purchase online you can call our orderline on 0161448 8786 and pay over the phone, or if you wish to order by post please send a cheque or Heaven Spa vouchers to cover the cost of the products you wish to order.

    Our online ordering is secure and uses SSL and 128 bit encryption.

  • How do I use a Heaven Spa gift voucher?


  • There are two options available for using our vouchers to pay for online shopping. We do need to receive the physical paper voucher as they each have a unique reference number so that we can validate the voucher. Either call in to one of our branches or post your vouchers together with your order.


  • Ordering by phone


  • Please have your card to hand when you call us to order products. We will dispatch your order the same day and your card receipt will be sent to you for your records. Call us on 0161 448 8786 seven days a week.

  • Ordering online


  • Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse our shop and add any items you wish to buy in to the shopping basket. After you have finished making your selection, click on 'Checkout' and complete the payment details.

  • Shopping basket


  • As you select items you wish to buy, they will appear in your shopping basket. Once you are ready to place your order and to pay simply click on the shopping basket icon and you will be able to complete your order.

  • Trouble placing an order


  • We do have anti-fraud measures that will automatically fail any credit card tried three times in a 15-minute period.

    If your card has failed please try the following:
    • Check that we accept the card you are trying
    • Make sure that there are no spaces in the credit card number entry box
    • Check that you have entered the correct expiry date of the card (you do not need to enter a start date or issue number if your card does not have one)
    • Ensure that you have entered the 3 digit Card Security Code from the back of your card
    • Use another card
    • If you are still experiencing problems making an order, then please call us on 0161 448 8786
    • where we will be able to manually process your order.


  • Returning items purchased with a gift voucher


  • If you wish to return something you have purchased online and paid for with vouchers please return the product unused and in the original packaging to us. On receipt of the return we will
    forward some replacement gift vouchers to you in the post.

  • Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions


  • Our gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
    Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
    If you purchase something from us with a gift voucher, your change (if over £10) will be given in vouchers.
