  Creative Director Josh Lowe is a well-respected hairdresser with over 20 years experience. In addition to leading the Heaven Spa hair team, Josh travels the world teaching hair colouring techniques and methods to fellow hairdressers. Josh is a platform artist for Redken and this sees him involved in various hair shows, fashion shows, photo shoots and events up and down the country. Josh holds the Redken Colour Certification qualification - one of only 20 hairdressers in the UK!
  
  We have a three step approach to giving you the hair look that is best for you:
  Step 1 – Consultation
  
  This is all about finding out what is important to you.
  
  Here we will talk to you about your hair, your likes and dislikes and any frustrations you may currently have. We’ll talk about your lifestyle and how much time you are happy to spend on your hair. We will talk through options for your hair style, colour and for the health of your hair, together we will agree the route forward.
  
  Step 2 – Expert technical services
  
  This is when we get down to doing your hair. At the backwash your hair will be shampooed and conditioned with the best Redken haircare products for your hair and you will be given a complimentary head massage. If you are having a hair colour service your colour will be mixed and applied by one of our experts. A great hair cut is vital to the ongoing look of your style, our experts have years of experience in cutting to an exceptional standard. When it comes to styling your hair we will show you what styling and finishing products are best for recreating the look at home.
  
  Step 3 – Ongoing care and education
  
  We offer blow drying lessons to all our guests to help ensure your hair looks ‘salon-fresh’ every day. You are welcome to pop in for a complimentary fringe trim in-between salon visits if you desire. We want to help you achieve the best hair look for you and to help keep your hair in optimum health by using the right kind of products at home.
